Hi there, I'm Nicole.
I’m the Founder and President of Beyond Culture, a boutique consultancy that helps organizations build intentional workplace cultures that attract, engage, and retain great people.

For more than 12 years, I’ve worked in employer brand, culture strategy, and employee engagement, partnering with leading brands and leadership teams to understand and amplify their employer brand and culture. I focus on translating those insights into practical strategies that create workplaces where both people and business can thrive.

Over the years, my work has been recognized with awards for innovative culture and engagement programs, and I’ve developed a unique perspective on how organizations can turn culture into a strategic advantage—building workplaces that attract, engage, and retain top talent while reflecting their authentic values.
My Story
I’ve spent my career leading HR and culture-focused initiatives across a wide variety of industries, always with a focus on employee engagement, recognition, and programs that inspire pride and connection. That hands-on leadership naturally led me to employer brand, where I saw how internal culture and external reputation are deeply intertwined.

In agency roles, I partnered with leading organizations—including Ahold Delhaize, Sephora, Scotiabank, Loblaw Companies, and Sheridan College—helping them define and bring their employer brands to life. My work has been recognized for innovation and impact, and it’s shaped the unique, practical approach I now bring to every client.

Through these experiences, I learned that no two workplace cultures are alike. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all strategies; instead, I help organizations uncover what makes their culture unique and translate those insights into thoughtful, actionable strategies that strengthen engagement and create magnetic employee experiences.

That perspective—and the credibility I built leading award-winning programs—led me to found Beyond Culture. Today, I partner with organizations such as Four Seasons, Health PEI, Lummus Technology, and Waterstone Human Capital, supporting them through both project-based work and as a fractional advisor to leadership teams, helping them build cultures that are intentional, authentic, and sustainable.
